Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your e-bike or accessory, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Products that have been customized or personalized.
